As 2025 comes to a close, we want to thank our customers, partners, and colleagues for another strong year of collaboration and trust. This year brought important milestones and steady momentum across the company, and we’re proud to share a few highlights.

In the spring, we moved into our new Lansing headquarters. The new space is larger and more modern, with an open floor plan designed to help our teams collaborate more effectively. It also provides room for continued growth as we expand our workforce and capabilities in the years ahead.

This year also marked the completion of the single largest contract in company history, the Ford BlueOval project. Beyond that landmark project, Swan Electric experienced steady growth across all divisions of the organization, including industrial, commercial, healthcare, oil and gas, and Advantage Electric. Together, this work has put us on track for our strongest revenue year to date.

These accomplishments are possible because of the trust our customers place in us and the dedication of our employees, who deliver powerful service with integrity on every project.

In the spirit of the season, we’ve also made donations in your honor to local food pantries serving the communities where we live and work, including the Greater Lansing Food Bank in Lansing, the Otsego County Food Pantry in Gaylord, the South Michigan Food Bank in Battle Creek, and Project Feed the Kids in Traverse City. We see this as a simple way to give back and support families in our communities.
